I've never had a really good one. I don't know what you're like, but many female bosses very inconsistent. Some men are too, but the women I've worked for are different from day to day and sometimes hour to hour. My current boss is that way and it makes it really hard to know when to talk to them and when not. So, just go to her boss. Make sure your boss backs you up (if he doesn't, move on to greener pastures) and let her rip. YOU ARE THE BOSS. They've gotta learn, and it's your turn to teach them.
