Consistancy, Part 2

In my first week of attempting to be consistant, I have made one employee cry, made another cash in three vacation days, and had two sales representatives call me a bitch.

I’d say I’m making progress.

    If you are being fair and consistent, then they will adjust. It may take some time, but it will happen and everyone will be better off for it. No one likes change at first; they were used to getting away with things they probably shouldn’ thave been doing. Keep it steady and fair and you’re on the right track!!!
