Perhaps all those people who were dicks to you went through similar experiences and said "f*** it!" From then on they decided to become dicks to everyone, without regard. Please don't fall into that trap. A random act of kindness like that kind roadie man can be contagious, but so can repeated acts of rudeness. Glad you're back, missed your posts. The last time I traveled solo with Callan it was a freakin' NIGHTMARE. People feel absolutely free to be rude and superior - like people with kids are some kind of idiot scum to be ridiculed. A really nice guy - same story about having kids himself - helped us out in Utah. He was the lone light in an otherwise miserable experience. I think they should make an airline just for families.
