		<description>Print the PDF with the courier default and fax it to him to show him how it will print unless he outlines the damn fonts.  What an idiot. Even if he was trying to prove he knows crap all about graphics, he should have snapped to the first rule of fonts.  Outline them or send them.  Erg.  Don't you hate it when they try to get all clever? Like saving as an EPS is some huge PITA or something.  Uh, no.

I feel your pain.  And once again I give thanks that I'm out of dealing with the general public.  Whew! Thanks for the reminder!!!</description>
