Democracy will never work because the addition of zeroes does not produce a sum.

You might consider registering and voting in the Libertarian column. My theory is that people who don’t vote don’t get counted at all. Those who vote a third party candidate at least have said the reasonable equivalent of “none of the above.”

I hear you. I’ve never – and would NEVER vote a party ticket. Ugh. Why is it that all the crap bastards run? Maybe because those of us that are sane had wayyy too much fun in college to ever run for public office. I voted anyway; if I don’t know the issues I don’t vote on that race. I figure the best we can do is make it a divided, centered gov’t so they can keep each other in line.
